Initial interview was over the phone, quick and friendly conversation hyping how wonderful Vesta was and how I was sure to love it there. Followup interview was with CEO Marc and proceeded similarly. Quick, pleasant, skirting challenging questions regarding occupancy and anticipated renovations. I was assured everything would be great.

I was initially conctacted by email to set up the first interview. My first interview was conducted on Zoom with two people asking questions. Second interview was in person at the property with the Regional Manager

Entretien
I had two virtual phone interviews, as this was during pandemic times. The questions were simple and straightforward. I received a call back with a verbal offer followed by a formal offer letter.
