Interview was longer than I expected and it took almost two hours. At first, HR person gave me a tour of the office. Most of the developers were young males. Then, there was technical interview including review of my resume, some questions about my experiences and what I would like to do and then two whiteboard questions.
The confusing part was talking to Mike Zerkel co-founder of Verys. He told me that I did well in the interview and he will send me a financial offer. He emphasized multiple times that he hasn't told that to any other applicant right after interview. But I didn't get any offer. I don't know if that was some kind of game or anything else, but whatever it was, it was very unprofessional.
They have a dark work setting, like you are working at night and there is some little light from monitors and some lamps. Studies show that having lots of light in the office is a necessity not just a preference. No one should be asked to work in a dark office.
