It was an amazing experience. The process began with a phone screen convo where all my questions were answered thoroughly. We discussed culture, compensation and the average day in the life. The next steps were an onsite interview in their beautiful office in the Biltmore. FYI, they only require people to be in the office one day weekly (Wednesdays). Then I had an opportunity to do a ride along with a couple of their recruiters to actually see the day in the life with both a junior recruiter colleague and another senior recruiter colleague.
