Due to distance from head office (I'm based in the Netherlands) we had several interviews by phone. After the first round I met in person with the team in London with whom I would be working the most. Very friendly environment! The interview process was a bit disorganized due to the fact that there was a recruitment agency in between and messed up hours/time difference etc.
