I'm very sorry to hear about this negative experience. We take a lot of pride in creating an open, respectful, and beneficial work environment and interview experience - no matter the outcome. Since this series of interviews took place, we have stepped up our coaching for managers and other team members conducting interviews. Through a series of internal interviews and feedback, I can personally attest - and have been reassured through other interviewees - that things on this front have improved.
