Not sure how he got the job other than the fact that he is son. He will lecture you — an accomplished researcher — on how to prepare for the interview. All of this coupled with the fact that they literally pay half of what other firms pay for a similar role and make you sign some ridiculous bond makes it a hard pill to swallow. It’s a shame that some of the best PhDs in the country are abused by these good for nothing nepots while sitting in the US. They are just running a glorified call centre in India.
