First stage - initial test with questions about Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Win 7, Win XP (and maybe Win Server, but not sure), as well as general questions you will find in typical IQ test. Then you proceed to your trial week which is splitted into 2 phases: 1st - you read the internal companies documentation and instructions and have few test to check your knowledge about the info you just read and get few practical tasks, 2nd - you again get few practical tasks, but more difficult than you had during the 1st stage. The trial week is paid in case you get an offer. Trial week takes 40 hrs to complete. You will track time with the company's app similar to oDesk Team App. Based on the trial week results you may get an offer. But still it's not the end. You need to read the security documentation as well as watch the training video and pass the test. After that you get hired. P.S. During the communication with the recruiter I was advised not to resign from my current work place unless I get the first tasks in Versata. The reason to this was unclear, the recruiter only said "you know, different things happen, so you better wait for a while".
