All was smooth and people were really nice. Had an on site interview and met a lot of people. Nothing negative about the initial process. My only complaint is that when you bring a candidate down for an interview who takes time off work and drives down from another city, at least provide feedback that it wasn't going to work out. It goes without saying that it's a courtesy and we are all adults. Not answering emails after follow up messages sent after 3 weeks is really unprofessional.
