This process was conducted in two parts: 1. A fairly simple coding exercise conducted via email. There was one question, and I was given an array of languages to choose from. I was given one week from when the question was received to respond, but VIP acknowledges the question should take no more than an hour or two to answer. 2. An on-site interview which was broken in to two parts: i. A one hour standardized test ii. A panel interview which took about one hour Both steps went very smooth, and the panel was mostly a conversation about past experience.
