Entretien
The overall Process was smooth and well coordinated. During the interview process with the team, the Recruitment team were continuously paying attention to make sure I was feeling comfortable. They were consistently checking in to see if I needed refreshments, food, etc. They were making sure the interviewers were being on time for their allocated time slot. The interview process was streamlined. It consisted of 4 rounds - 1) HR Call, 2) 30 Minute Technical Interview with a Solutions Engineer. 3) 30 Minute Technical Interview with a SE Director. 4) The last round consisted of a Panel Presentation (A technical topic of your choice), 30 Minute behavioral interview with a SE Manager, 30 Minute technical interview with a SE Director (This one would be a white-boarding session, on a networking topic), the last round would be with a Sr. Director of the Org (Behavioral). I got an offer next day morning.

1) Explain DNS. 2) DHCP Working, DORA Process, 3) TCP/IP Questions. TCP Three-way handshake 4) How does HTTPS work. Mainly the SSL/TLS handshake. 5) NAT/PAT working. 6) PoE. 7) Questions on VLANs. 9) A topology Question, two computers are not able to ping each other, what all would you check and how would you troubleshoot. (Starting from Ping, VLAN, Inter-VLAN routing, this question would also have DHCP working and DNS working, Spanning Tree.)

The process from first interview to offer took about a month and a half. They did communicate with me at all times even though there were some delays. Overall the interviews in my opinion were fun and a good challenge. They did also pay for accommodations for the in person interview which was out of town for me.

Aced and progressed through 6+ rounds, Additional VP Round at the final onsite. All to be told I didn’t have enough experience for the position. What a joke of a company.

The interview process was lengthy, but felt structured and gave me the opportunity to get a feel for the company. It balanced both personality, technical skills, and presentation knowledge equally while also giving you the opportunity to ask questions.
