Did a coding challenge followed by a phone interview. Thought I performed well on the interview but got a generic rejection email. Asked for feedback on what to improve, was ghosted

I submitted my resume through their website and received an email from the recruiter asking to chat. Then I moved onto the first technical round which was a regular leetcode-style question. Then, I moved onto the next round which consisted of both technical and behavioral interviews.
