Very strict WRT your answers to their questions: MUST be in SAR format: Situation, Action(s), Result; the more detail for each of these elements, the better. If you don't provide enough detail, *sometimes* they'll ask a follow up question, but you can't count on that.

I applied on a Sunday night and received a text Monday for an interview. I like that you can schedule through an automated text system. The conversation was great, but I never received a follow-up call or email I was promised within the 2 weeks after the interview. I had to email the recruiter to learn they went with someone else. Then the application status changed after that interaction.
