Applied through special program link -> got OA which was purely Behavorial and consisted of work simulation -> Final round, again purely Behavorial no follow ups either. Got offer 2 weeks later

Phone call asking if I was interested in the role to move forward my application. There were basic behavioral questions. They replied back 2 months later with a rejection email.
