Entretien
It was mostly behavioral based questions and some roleplay. First there is a phone screen, then an interview with the hiring manager and one of the Local Managers that will be your peer if you get the job.

One role play question had one of the interviewer pose as a Technician who refused to do the work he was given.

Entretien
It was a totally structured, formulaic interview. it was like being interviewed by a robot. There were no off the cuff questions. It was basically a verbal questionaire.
