Too long and time consuming. Got the initial phone interview, then a week later got called to come up fifty miles away to test. Got called two weeks after that for another phone interview. After that had to drive back up for an in person interview. All that and ended up not getting the job. So I view it as a waste of time and money, which if you are out of a job, is difficult to handle.

The interview was conducted virtually. It was for the customer service position. Mostly I was questioned about how I would handle various scenarios, for assisting clients. I was asked some real world examples and asked to handle them.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
