Had interview with DM. Already had a relationship with DM due to working in the district (almost 2 years). Interview was pretty simple...no hard questions. Pretty much situational questions. I was not offered the position. I was a little upset because the candidate that accepted the offer did not have supervisor experience or a bachelor's degree like i do. I fealt like i just recieved an interview because to make it fair.
