The interview was a three step process. First was an online qualifying test. Second was an hour-long phone interview with HR. Lastly, you meet with two team members for a face-to-face interview.

Direct and forward with the interview process. It was a typical behavior interview with Verizon Wireless. They asked questions about telling me a time this happened or that happened. It was a typical corporate behavior interview with them.
