This winter/spring, I had 4 separate interviews at Verizon's new in-house agency for a role as an associate creative director. After the 4th time, they just never contacted me again. I reached out several times to follow up, but no one ever got back to me. Not everyone is the right fit for every role, but it was frustrating to put in so much time to just not hear ANYTHING back.

The recruiter reached out to me after I applied. I had a screening interview and then I interviewed with the hiring manager. That is as far as I got in the process.
