Entretien
I had two phone interviews, an assessment, and then and in person interview. It was hard in the phone interview because I had never had one before, but after that phase I was myself and just honest about how Customer service is a passion of mine and gave detailed examples of my previous experience in the service industry.

Entretien
Uses the star method for a portion of the interview process. Also, would present you with two scenarios and role play scenarios. Scenarios would be sent out to you via email prior the interview to practice.

It was pretty standard. It was virtually done since I applied for a WFH position. The role play process was ok, but definitely different than your standard STAR method process. But other than not it was fine

Entretien
The interview was through blue jeans and you’re asked to do two role playing scenarios, on camera. They provide you with the information prior to the interview. It was really fast and I heard something back a week later. The onboarding process was tedious, my start date got pushed back so many times. That’s the only thing that I would say was complicated
