I sent my CV because a search ad, they called me from a Consulting company in Buenos Aires in charge of the hiring first interview. They person that interviewd me was the owner of the consulting firm. He had no idea about IT, more oriented to HHRR which is right, but very low level of formalitty. I wouldn't assing that person to do that job If I were the manager. Later, for the interview in Verizone Argentina I had to wait for 30 minutes and somebody come to tell me that the person which I had to intervew with was travelling in the US. Somebody else interview me but in summary: a company and opportunity to forget.
