Interview was set up with a recruiter for a contract position. First, I had a phone interview. Next, I met with the hiring manager. I was called back for 2nd interview with floor supervisor.
The interview was completed in STAR format. You must know your resume well and describe situations, actions that you took and the results from the actions you took. Be prepared to understand call flows.

Initial hr phone screening interview. Face to face interview. F2f was 2 stages. Basic technical interview questions and 5 or 6 basic behaviour interview questions. After f2f next day i had HR interview phone interview. Had questions about background and 10 behavior interview questions
