The recruiters were very engaged and direct and over the course of 2 weeks time I spoke multiple people individually (country leader, channel manager, pre sales manager). I appreciated the pace very much. After that I met them again, together with HR, in a panel presentation I gave. I was challenged on sales knowledge and drive, and gave an expose of my selling approach (as accomplished during my career and also assuming i got the role). It was challenging in a professional way.

Interview process has been done with all the right criteria, job role requirements and expectations was clearly explained. Also the 3 step interview beginning from the Talent recruiter up to the final panel with sales mgmt was challenging and really focused on business objectives. My experience has been positive.
