I had a teams interview, I was asked questions based on my CV and my experiences. It was a lovely interview and my interviewer was really nice, and made me very comfortable. I was also asked about my ambitions in the near future and had a lovely discussion at the end.
A quite straight forward process. Felt comfortable and appreciated the honesty. It was a pleasant experience.
I would recommend to be honest, be yourself but prepare to be challenged slightly.

Easy, straightforward video call with director. Friendly demeanour and did not expect you to have experience as full training was provided. Make sure you ask well thought questions in end.
