5 - 45 minute interviews, all remote. 3 were general SW questions (leetcode) 1 system design question 1 domain question The general SW questions would be easy to solve if it were conducted by people that know how to interview. One of the interviewers was excellent. He made it into a conversation while still keeping the challenge alive. I was able to solve it quickly with time for questions. The other 2 general SW interviewers were incompetent. One of them dropped F-bombs when he realized that he didn't describe the problem correctly and we ran out of time. I was blamed for that and was marked as a fail. The other failed me even though I got the problem objectively correct, without hints, and fully optimized in time. I believe he didn't pay attention at all. For a Google company, the level of incompetence was surprising to say the least. Avoid if possible.
