Entretien
Three steps: 1) pre-clearance discussion with recruiter; 2)meeting with hiring manager and human resources rep; and 3) meeting with a peer doing similar role. Focus was on skill set required and meeting with peer provided an opportunity to push the curtain back and get an idea of culture.
