It was constantly interrupted by phone calls to the manager interviewing from guys in the field. To his credit he did handle all of the questions but the interview took way longer because of that.

They call you to see if you can sell over the phone. Then they will set up an unperson interview. Then you go and have a formal interview where they decide if they are going to hire you.
