There were three stages that I remember about the process: Round 1 was the staffing agency interview. Round 2 was the accounting quiz and the Excel skill test. Round 3 was the final interview with the CEO and coworker in the department. I admit that I struggled with the Excel skill test and took longer than the estimated time. It was nice that they were patient with me in finishing the exercise. They were looking not at how fast I finished it, but rather how I found the right solution.
