First interview was a phone call for about 20 minutes. 2nd interview was video interview through Zoom then I got offer letter a few days after 2nd interview. The questions were not too difficult. They just want to get to know me and my experience

They ask questions about your interest and experience in the field and availability. Some behavioral/scenario questions.
Virtual interview process with camera on.
Sometimes there’s a secondary interview with supervisors or other recruiters with more in depth questions about experience, your expectations of the job, and ABA videos they send to give an idea about the job.
