The hiring process was really a joke which should have been an obvious indication of what was to come. I came in to the office after scheduling an interview and they had me fill out an application even after I had submitted one online and had a physical copy in hand when I showed up. They stuck my in their conference room to fill it out. It took about 5 minutes. 45 minutes later my "interviewer" returned and took my application and asked if I could start Monday.
