Submitted CV to a current employee. With a few days, received an email to set-up initial phone interview. First phone interview was with People Operations (equal to Human Resources). Second phone interview was later that week with a member of the team I was applying for. And final phone interview was with potential supervisor. Within a week, I received a job offer via phone and email.
