Entretien
After the initial written application, there was a Skype interview. My interviewer requested to do the interview over the phone due to technical difficulties. The whole interview was focused on very negative questions (see below for examples), and I think they were trying to gauge how we respond to pressure and if we're able to be optimistic.
Very relaxing and chill. Just show that you have passion and are willing to work and you'll do fine. Also a very quick process (no more than three interviews were done). Do some research beforehand.
The first two are independent interviews, then the final round is with other potential applicants. This includes an overview of the company, a group case study, breakout rooms for networking, lunch break, and then a final individual interview in the afternoon

Entretien
There is a screening prior to selection day. Being COVID-19, Selection Day was virtual and the group interview was a bit hard to do over Zoom. There is a followup individual interview, involving behavioral and casing.
