Phone screen from the recruiter, followed by a 1:1 phone call with senior hiring manager. Background check, and then a scheduled afternoon interview session with 5 personnel. Two of the interviewers were very good - great conversation about interaction with the role. One individual needed to be guided in conversation. The senior interviewer went to the older school interview approach, with questions about 'greatest thing you ever did..' and such. Didn't feel too good about that one. The fifth was a great, long conversation about the actual job. At the end of the day, they felt there wasn't a fit.

There were four rounds: 1) Kickoff call with Danielle where we talked about expectations, the company/role, my background, and three behavioral questions 2) Interview with hiring manager covering background and behavioral questions 3) 30-45 minute interviews with four key cross-functional partners (HR, Sales, Marketing) 4) Final 30 minute interview with a VP
