I applied or a part-time position via Indeed.com and was sent an email about 3 days later from Mr. Eastin Isaac inviting me to do a Skype interview. I had my interview at 5:30 pm today, 4/17 and although there were internet connection issues (probably on my end), we had to have a telephone interview. The interview went very well. Mr. Isaac has a unique of trying to gauge exactly what type of person will be a great asset to Venterra by asking evaluative questions that assess a combination of a candidate's character, thought-process, goals and background. I was impressed with his presentation of what the company offers employees and their overall mission to be a premiere company in the apartment-leasing industry. He stated that a representative from a local (Atlanta, GA) property would be contacting me within a few business days. I look forward to it. After research and viewing Venterra Living's competitive pricing, even if I didn't get the position (although I am hoping I do), I would most definitely refer anyone in the Atlanta-area to one of their properties. I'm additionally excited to learn more about Venterra's WOW program where they focus on pleasing their tenants and providing great customer service. Since this was my first interview, I receive an offer as yet.

The interview process was smooth and easy, the interviewer made me feel comfortable and he was very relaxed which made me feel good. And I was getting great response from him and updates regarding the interview.
