Applied online and was contacted to book a 30 minute phone interview with the Design Manager. Everything went well and was then instructed to complete a skill test. After passing the skill test was invited for an 3 hour in person interview. Spoke to other designers, ux designer, copywriter and the design manager again. The interview ended earlier than expected and after about a week I was requested to talk to the CEO for a final interview. He was unfortunately away during the in person interview but we had a very casual phone call. For the most it was a very straightforward process. The people were really easy to talk to and are very passionate about their work/ product.
