Really informative process, met with various Directors and members of team. Discussed preference on sectors and industry as well as specialist (e.g. IT or Finance). Lovely office and incredibly friendly staff.

Was a great experience, met many team members in the process which helped when starting the role. Friendly but very easy. Mainly focus on sales and communication skills but also like to explore resilience to sales and recruitment

Depends on the manager, some have to jump through multiple hoops , others will hire multiple people at one time and see who 'makes' it . Overall inconsistent and unfair
