Unprofessional company, avoid.
Booked in 1st stage interview with the Talent Acquisition Rep, studied up ready to go, and no-one showed up. After waiting 10 mins, I sent a polite reminder email saying not a problem if something else had come up and I give my next availability before asking to reschedule and leaving the call.
30 minutes after that email, I received a condescending reply, saying that they had already messaged me about it 25 minutes ago and suggested I had missed their email (I hadn't) but they would re-send me availability.
1.5h goes by and I finally receive what I assume was this email they had originally sent telling me they couldn't attend the call last minute. No problem, maybe they had bad internet connection and it had been scheduled to send out later when their connection improved. The timestamps don't seem to match up with their version of events so this seems plausible with benefit of doubt.
Hours pass, and still I hear nothing more about rescheduling the interview. Time goes on, and it's the next day when I decide I want to back out of the process as I don't feel I am being taken seriously as a candidate.
I inform the rep of my decision and reasoning, and receive another condescending reply emphasising that they had emailed me about the cancelled interview prior to it (again, from my timestamps, they hadn't). They then drop the absolute zinger "sometimes you just can't anticipate everything far in advance at a startup company", taking no accountability for wasting candidates' time. Bullet dodged.

Met with recruiter who put me through to hiring manager. Great call with hiring manager. Received email day later that role had been filled.
I get it, happens - but just be transparent that there are others farther in the process

I had 3 interviews including a presentation with 2 CSMs who were questioning me on their product and services as if I was already working for them (An expert).
Very unprofessional and unstructured startup as they don’t even share with you their feedback.
Simply avoid applying.
