I found it immature and unprofessional. Telephone round was 30 mins late.... F2F ...Arrangement was not good. One person taking multiple interviews. No clear information provided about company and work. No lunch/tea break. Recruiter said there won't be any interview and only discussion, however, reaching there found many candidates were called and they took all the rounds properly. Recruiters tricks you just to make you appear for the interview. If you have good CTC offer already in hand I would recommend NOT to attend interview here and waste your happy weekend. Coming to process 1. Written test including 4 questions 2. Tech interview 3. CTO interview 4. HR discussion

I had online interview process. Faced 2 technical interviews. 1st round was good, interviewer asked questions around data structures and coding. Followed by some technical questions around my experience. 2nd round was also technical where the interviewer gave me a data structures problem, I coded it with O(n/2) complexity (Yet the interviewer didn't seem to understand my approach or he was less willing to know what I did). Overall the question were good. However, the 2nd interviewer was very unprofessional unlike the first. He joined the interview late and was asking the question and putting himself on mute and not responding properly untill he fires next question. Seems to me that he was least intrested in interviewing me.
