New team so not everything has happened like it was mentioned by the recruiter and management cares more about the accounts than the actual employees who do the work every day.

Went through the final stage of interviews (2), First one was a personality check with 2 higher ups then the second one was with the team manager. Both interviews asked similar questions.
All interviewers said how perfect of a fit I was for this role and told me I would hear back next week. They told me that previous experience was not required, but I did have some so it was good. I did not hear back next week and they told me I did not have the right experiences in the end. I wish they didnt say “experience isnt required” in the interview and job description if it was required in the end. Also felt like my time was not respected because I was promised to hear back but also had to call 2 people 3 weeks later to even see if I made it.

Standard initial video screen with person who currently is in role. If you pass, you get asked to do a very time consuming and lengthy case study with multiple parts that they suspiciously kept last minute switching up right before interview to present. This demonstrates disorganization, a lack of respect of candidates time and felt like they expect free labor that they can take ideas from. The manager was also late to interview and started out by saying they did not read my resume which set the tone for how the rest of the process was going to go.
During the interview, the manager had an attitude for no reason and I wanted to back out of the interview process altogether but held it together knowing then that this was not going to be a good fit.
Long story short, they don’t respect candidate’s time, expect way too much effort for their entry level roles, have recruiters that are unprepared for interviews and have an overall tedious, unnecessarily long and unorganized interviewing process.
