I applied through Handshake, got an email from a recruiter within a week, set up a 45 min video conference, continued to the candidate exercise, where you are given a week to prepare an hour-long presentation to their "client" about how to use the software, give education materials i.e. notes, and configure the system for their needs. This will be through the video conference call again except it is a panel of 4-5 people. It will take the life out of you. Time management is crucial, it took me at least 40 hours to teach myself, create, and configure. I didn't get it, but it's nice that they recognize how much time you spent on it and offer to speak with you again about advice/recommendations. If I were to change what I did, I'd save time by asking those clarification questions from the beginning and balance how much time I should spend reading about using the software vs. creating/configuring the system. I spent 25/75 on those because I was running out of time, kept running into issues, and got zero help on specific issues, but I wish I did closer to 40/60.
