J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Veeva Systems (Remote, OR) en nov. 2017

Pretty much what everyone else has said on here. They contacted me, I did not apply for the job, went through everything and then wasted over 20 hours on the "exercise" they called back and said my project management skills were not inline with their requirements. I did not even realize that the PM portion was that big of a deal, I spent 90% of my time trying to learn the SW not creating the perfect Project Plan. Not sure if they were really hiring as when I asked about training, I am not in the Life Sciences industry, they said it would be about 2 weeks really ? You train a newbie for 2 weeks and put them in the field, I find that hard to believe.

Several rounds, which included a candidate exercise. They were very interested in the personality and cultural fit, along with technical skills and experience. Overall the process was well organized and I enjoyed the experience.
Screening - mostly going through questions to ensure alignment to role
Job history - talking through experience from CV
Case study - presentation and questions
Why Veeva - alignment of values

Question 1
What are the trends influencing pharmaceutical organisations?
Not bad, 2 technical rounds followed by manager round. HR will call to make final salary negotiations. Mostly the salary is on par with market. You need good negotiation skills to get good package
