J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Veeva Systems (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2025
Entretien
The interview process was grueling and took over a month to complete. I have 4 years of solid experience, yet I was forced through 6 separate interview rounds. Despite this being a non-software development role, most of these rounds were irrelevant coding tests. Most concerningly, I was grilled on basic coding by senior leadership instead of discussing high-level strategy and goals. It felt like extreme micromanagement. It has now been 8 months and the role is still unfilled.
