Interview for a remote position. I was asked to create and send them a small application following specific instructions and using specific technologies with a deadline of about 5 days. After the submission, I got noticed that they have decided to proceed with other candidates and no feedback was given about my test. I replied to ask for any feedback as it would help me realize where I came short in the process compared to other candidates, but no answer was given.

Only interview was with HR about my previous experience.
It was moderate to difficult interview, you possess strong communication skills, technical skills should match the requirements, able understand the things clearly mentioned, able to give extra efforts in onsite hours
The process involves a phone call, at least two technical interviews where each interview is deeper into the technology that you will working on, and a final interview with the manager
