The HR interview was well-structured and informative. However, the technical interview felt disorganized—the interviewers seemed unprepared, disengaged, and distracted. They repeated questions without listening to answers, and many questions were unrelated to the job description. Key factors for rejection were unclear and inconsistent. The process lacked structure and fairness.

Entretien
The interview consisted of 3 skype calls with the international recruiter, future team-leader and a senior manager. There was also an above standard test that you could do in a week. The overall process took more than a month.
