The process took around a month. Now I feel like I should warn everybody about it.
Also I asked HR for feedback 4 times and all they said it's "We expected more quality". But if they don't provide any requirements to the task, what could "Quality" means? Quality == fulfilled requirements. If you don't provide any requirements, you can't ask for abstract quality.
It feels like it's totally fake hiring process to show investors that they're growing. All I could find on the internet - it's bad reviews, saying that their managers force employees to write good reviews. After their hiring process I feel that it's true.
Also after every "failed" attempt they offered me another position (on higher levels, what?). After the second attempt ( 4 total hours of tech interview, live coding, 2 home test tasks, 1 hour test) I decided that 3rd interview - its too much.
The whole technical interview looks like an attempt to make you nervous. The first interview was good and I even liked the interview, despite the fact that it lasted 2 hours. The second time there were several interviewers, one of whom periodically giggled and rolled his eyes.
I understand such a stress test, because the employees themselves hinted at the interview that it is very hard to work, everything is rather chaotic, overworking hours is also in the order of things.

They send 4 tasks for the first mail The deadline is not set in stone. It usually takes 1–2 days for candidates to complete the assignment, but we will not set a strict time limit because quality is what matters most.

Normal nice but little bit tricky. But it was good experience. Some question were too difficult but it was like testing capabilities of our mind and our behavior in peak working condition.

Estimate the number of mechanical weighing scales in operation in the Czech Republic. Nobody knows the exact number but try to estimate it as closely as possible. Explain your reasoning.
