I experienced a very pleasant professionell hiring and interview process. In fact, compared to almost every other company I´ve talked during my process I found Veeam to be the most caring and candidate oriented company. Well done Veeam and HR! The process itself was fast organised and well thought through. In total I had 4 rounds. 1 with HR, 1 with the Hiring Manager, 1 with the Technical Manager and the final with the Regional VP. Every single person I talked to was friendly and really making sure I felt comfortable. Questions were about past experience, current situation and company setup. My best experience and I accepted their proposal.
