You will be walked in and put in front of 4 people and screened first by the HR generalist. and asked a series of questions. but before you get a interview you will face a pointless test to see if you are a selfish person or a person that they feel is a driver as they would say. and if you are then you will proceed with the process where you will be given a offer that is going to be very much below Market value.

The process was very laid back and informative enough to have any concerns you may have be put to rest. Great introduction to how the company operates and what they have to offer.

The first interview took about 30 minutes. We were talking about my interest to sales. She interviewed me in Enlish to check the level. I disliked the process as the specialist seemed to be impolite - she often told me that it is a junior position and I should remenber that my responsibilities will be limited. Also I disliked the fact that KPI are 60% of salary and refused to continue the process

Very easy. Screening with a recruiter, phone call with manager, skype interview with isa manager and isr manager, followed by offer. It was a very easy process that took a few weeks from start to finish. The recruiter in charge of the ISA position in Atlanta is an absolute joke. He blatantly lies about the job duties and process of the role.
