Rigorous and in depth. The interviewers were approving my slight lack of communication skills which was because I balanced it with my in depth knowledge, but for them the communication skill was a must so i was not selected.

Interview was not quite tough very few technical questions compared to HR questions they will ask more questions on your leadership abilities, also they expect a team player. More importantly they want people who are committed to the job
