Applied to a job opening, and got an interview about 2-3 weeks later. Was a phone call lasting about 25-30 mins. I was asked about 15ish questions from an HR rep reading them from a list. The extra details I added weren’t really needed, not understood. After the call ended got news about 2 weeks later I got the job.

The interview was done over the phone. All of the questions were skill-related, technically focused, and easily googleable on the fly. Most of the conversation was spent talking about snowboarding.
