Entretien
Basically not much of an interview. You earn this title once you sell enough products after you are already a Sales Representative. All you receive is a call in to the office or, sometimes, the branch manager will set an appointment up. The entire process is unprofessional and the manager will likely call you over as you intend to step outside and leave the group sales meetings.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 1 year, 2, 5 years from now? The manager will praise you and attempt to have you commit to helping him train new team members, recruit them, and them pit you against similar performers to see if anyone can manage another branch. The likelihood of the company giving you a branch manager office is low, as the manager make good money and don't do much. Therefore they will likely not turn over as much as you would like.
