I replied to an ad online & received a phone call within 20 minutes of submitting my brief questionaire. I was asked to come in for a group interview & 1:1 interview that same evening. I was told there was a sense of urgency to come in at my earliest convenience as the open positions were to fill quickly. However, that wasn't the case. They are always looking to add new sales representatives to the team due to a high turnover rate~(which is simply due to people not willing to put in their own effort to succeed). I went in for an interview just an hour after I received the call. The manager conducted a group interview/information session about the company & used that time to view each candidate & how they conducted themselves socially. Immediately following the group interview each candidate was met with individually for a 1:1 & was either offered the job on the spot, or was respectfully declined. It was a very quick hiring process, I was hired within 3 hours of submitting my application. The overall experience was great. The managers were extremely friendly & laid back creating an absolutely stress free environment.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.
